Shipping to Italy

Processing the order takes about 24/48 working hours in addition to other 2-3 working days for product delivery (Monday-Friday). The fulfillment of wigs orders has longer times due to the exclusively artisanal production: 1 month (delivery time excluded).
In case of a missed delivery the courier will make 2 more attempts. After the fifth day of storage, the parcel will return to our warehouses.

Customs duties

MLH and the courier do not have control over the time required by Customs offices to carry out checks on international shipments. Some countries may apply additional rates when receiving the parcel. We therefore suggest you to check any other Customs fees with the local post office. The company is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/Customs/etc charges you may incur.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free throughout Italy. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or damaged items return.

Order tracking

Your order will be processed within two business days. Once your order leaves our warehouses, we will email you the tracking number to track the shipment, any delivery attempt occurred and any delivery problem. Once your package has been delivered you will receive a notification.

Wrong delivery

Wrong delivery If you have received an item you have not ordered, we kindly ask you to return it no later than 14 days from the delivery date using the provided return label included in the package. The return label consists of two parts: the first, containing the recipient’s address, must be attached to the outside of the package, while the second part – the return/exchange form – must be completed and enclosed with the merchandise.

We remind you that to receive a refund the product must be returned new and unmarked in the original packaging – with intact label and seal along with the purchase invoice. The company reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements. As soon as we receive your item you will be fully refunded and you will able to order the correct item.
