Returning a Purchase
You may return the products purchased trough this website completely free of charge using the provided return label included in your parcel. The return label consists of two parts: the first, containing the recipient’s address, must be attached to the outside of the package, while the second part – the return/exchange form – must be completed and enclosed with the product.
To receive a refund, the product must be returned new and unmarked in the original packaging, with intact label and seal, along with the purchase invoice. The item must be returned no later than 14 days from the delivery date. Miss Luxury Hair reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting the requirements.
If you return an item you will be refunded trough the same payment method used when placing the order – within 15-20 days after receiving the product. Once your purchase is refunded, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping costs are nonrefundable except in the case of faulty or damaged items returns.
Defective or damaged product
If you received a defective or damaged product, you can start a claim by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the order number and attaching photographic documentation showing the damage or defect of the product. Once we receive your inquiry, we will evaluate the damage and contact you to explain the procedure to follow.
Loss of the return label
In case of loss of the return label, you can print the PDF document you find in the “Returns” section of your profile page.
You don’t have the package, label or seal anymore
Before returning the products purchased, make sure the label and seal are intact and put the product in the original Miss Luxury Hair packaging. If the item is returned used, damaged or in a different packaging, we will not be able to refund you.
