We offer a rental service for:

How it works:
• Choose your wig or extensions from the collections in our catalogue.
• Indicate the date on which you require them.
• Fill out the contact form: to be contacted by one of our personal shoppers.
• At the end of the rental, there’s nothing for you to worry about: cleaning and maintenance are included in the service.
• Made-to-measure service: a separate price list applies for any changes in terms of cut or colour.
• Zero risk: if you change your mind, there’s no charge! Upon return of the products, the rental price of any unused items (with the warranty seal intact) will be automatically credited to you.
• Everything is included: maintenance and logistics are completely at our expense. We take care of cleaning, punctual delivery, collection and rental time calculation.
• No stress: the compulsory insurance cover of 20 euros gives you peace of mind and maximum freedom (stains and small damages are covered).
Useful information
• The return is included in the shipping costs and is easy to book using the instructions that we will send you together with the product.
• You can book a product up to 6 months before your event.
• We deliver throughout Italy. The fee for the courier service includes delivery and return costs.
• We produce tailored price quotes based on the requirements of our clients, starting from 50 euros
Returns procedure:
• Carefully return the rented product(s) to the original packaging.
• Pay attention to the warranty label that was attached to the product at the time of delivery: once the seal has been removed, the rental will be charged in full.
• Ensure that the packaging is properly sealed: the courier will not accept parcels that have not been packaged properly.
• Attach the return label included in your package onto the box (over the existing one).
• In the event of any accidental stains and/or minor damage, do not take action: the 20 euro insurance charge that covers you during the rental phase guarantees maximum peace of mind in the event of any minor accidents.
